Caroline leads Evolve China, guiding a community of senior business leaders and delivering strategic advisory support to initiatives & projects across the region.

Caroline holds an MBA from Stanford University. Prior to joining Evolve, she spent over 10 years in business strategy and operations at Boston Consulting Group and Google. She is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and practices meditation and Taiji.

Caroline is deeply committed to bringing her expertise in business strategy and operations, as well as her experience in individual coaching and group facilitation, to support the evolution of consciousness. She is dedicated to the exploration and discovery journey of herself and others.
