Julia is a Director of Evolve Foundation and Amplify Light, supporting the organizations across a variety of strategic projects. Leveraging her background in business strategy consulting, she partners with organizations to clarify priorities, strengthen operational capabilities, and develop effective strategies that advance their mission and maximize their impact.

Before joining Evolve, Julia was a project leader at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), specializing in cross-functional projects focused on organizational leadership and sustainability. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Julia deeply shares the belief at the core of Evolve’s mission that inner work is the most profound catalyst for positive change. She is passionate about psychedelic education and the journey inward and brings her strategic background to organizations and initiatives evolving human consciousness, with and without the assistance of psychedelics.
